Julia is an experienced project manager whose experience encompasses bid and tender management, contract mobilisation, market assessments and strategy. Based in Berlin, she brings a depth of experience of the German passenger rail market, as well as from working internationally, including bidding and mobilising bus tenders in Australia.

She has led successful tenders for German PSO contracts for both DB Regio and Go-Ahead, and overseen the mobilisation of these contracts.
More recently she has led market assessments for international clients seeking to enter the German rail market, and supported technical due diligence for the acquisition of an operating business.

When not working you can find Julia heading to an airport to fulfil her love of travelling.
