Malena is a creative and results-driven consultant, passionate about navigating complex regulatory and market landscapes. Based in Argentina, she joined the Vectura Advisory team as an Associate Consultant in 2024.

Before joining Vectura Advisory, Malena gained valuable experience in public affairs and international trade within the private sector. Her work included monitoring media and public agendas across Spanish-speaking Latin American countries, providing strategic advice, and developing stakeholder engagement strategies. She also honed her expertise in market research, trade policy, and regulatory frameworks, particularly across Latin America and Spain.

Moreover, Malena’s experience at the British Embassy in Buenos Aires within the Department for Business and Trade provided her with significant insight into the transport sector. Here, she conducted market research in infrastructure, with a particular focus on railways and cybersecurity, identified export opportunities for UK companies in the Argentinian market, and assisted in planning and executing events like the Annual Railways Technical Seminar. She also tracked market access barriers and researched Mercosur regulatory frameworks.

With a background in International Studies from Torcuato Di Tella University, complemented by an exchange semester at The George Washington University, Malena possesses a solid understanding of public policy processes and regional dynamics. She is a native Spanish speaker and fully bilingual in English. Her strong analytical skills, creativity, adaptability, and proven ability to work effectively in a team drive her continuous pursuit of new challenges.

Outside of her professional life, Malena enjoys immersing herself in musicals, studying dance, and baking anything that contains chocolate.
